Anna was a near visual copy of the Female Changeling that plagued Odo. This Female Changeling also acted as a spokes-person for the Great Link and constantly worked for Daniel's attention. After Daniel left the Great Link in 1800s, she spent the next few centuries trying to persuade him to return. (Star Trek: Phoenix-X)

History

By the time the Dominion war with the Federation had begun, she was deemed a traitor to the link and responsible for Daniel's actions. When Q allowed Daniel to alter the timeline, in 2375, in order to save a great many lives, it turned out that Anna's life was also spared. Not expecting this, Q realized her continual existence was a threat to the Q Continuum, so he took her away. ("The Links' Traitor")
