Starbase 133 was a spacedock-type Federation space station in service during the 24th century. The USS Enterprise-D visited the station after her mission to Rana IV in 2366, and again for crew rotation in 2367 before ferrying Dr. Dalen Quaice to Kenda II. (TNG: "The Survivors", "Remember Me")

The station was located in the Aldebaran sector. (Star Trek: The Final Frontier)

As orbital facilities and shipyards are mentioned as features of the Aldebaran system, it is possible the planet Starbase 133 orbits is in that system, possibly even the prominent Aldebaran III.

In 2375, Starbase 133 served as a staging ground for Starfleet's operation to liberate Betazed from Dominion occupation. (TNG novel: The Battle of Betazed)
